My Cash Back disappeared from my account!

We get how frustrating that can be. Here’s what’s likely happening:
Some businesses participate in multiple rewards programs, but your purchase can only qualify for one reward at a time. Even if you received a Cash Back notification from Price.com, your Cash Back may have been removed because another rewards program linked to your card took priority.

To start earning Cash Back through Price.com again (instead of miles, points, or other rewards), you have two options:

  • Use a different card that isn’t linked to any other rewards program.
  • Unenroll your current card from other programs such as:
    • AA Advantage
    • Alaska Mileage Rewards
    • Club O
    • Delta SkyMiles
    • eScrip
    • Fuel Rewards
    • Hilton Honors
    • iDine
    • IHG Dining Rewards
    • MileagePlus United
    • Orbitz Dining Rewards
    • Plenti
    • Shop Your Way
    • Southwest Dining Rewards
    • Spirit Airlines Rewards
    • True Blue Dining (JetBlue)
    • Upromise
