Some businesses take part in more than one rewards program, and a purchase can only earn one reward. If another card-linked rewards program on your card took priority, the Price.com Cash Back may be removed, even if you got a Cash Back notification.
To earn Price.com Cash Back instead of miles or points:
- Pay with a card that isn’t enrolled in another card-linked rewards program, or
- Unenroll your card from the other program.
If your card isn’t enrolled anywhere else and Cash Back still disappears, email support@price.com.
