My account is missing a transaction!

Oh no! We understand how frustrating this can be, so please know that we will work with you to ensure we do whatever it takes to resolve the issue!

First, check out the payment methods on the venue’s profile page to ensure that the card you ran is listed there.  If not, the transaction cannot be recorded, and you will not receive Cash Back. Please always check the profile page before dining to prevent this from happening.

If your card is listed on the restaurant’s or retailer’s page, earnings can take 3-5 days from the date of purchase to show up on the site. This delay is due to merchants running their credit card reports at different points during the week.

If you do not see your purchase within five days of the transaction, please email us about all purchases you made that didn’t get credited to your account. Having a receipt or processing information from the restaurant is important to ensure that a registered card and your username are used. We’ll contact you shortly!
