Missing a Transaction? We’re Here to Help!

Oh no — we know how frustrating it is when a purchase doesn’t show up. Don’t worry, we’re here to help you get it sorted!

First, double-check the payment method:
Go to the restaurant’s or retailer’s profile page on Price.com and make sure the card you used is listed as accepted. If the card type isn’t supported, unfortunately, we won’t be able to track the transaction for Cash Back. To avoid this in the future, always check the profile page before you make a purchase.

Timing matters:
For in-store or card-linked purchases, check to see if your card type is supported; keep in mind that it can take 3–5 days for a transaction to appear. Some merchants take a little extra time to process reports.

If it’s been more than 5 days:
For in-person purchases, please email us at support@price.com with a copy of your receipt or any transaction details and your Price.com account email address. We’ll review the email and get back to you quickly.

For online purchases:
Please submit your missing Cash Back request using this form. It helps us collect the right details and speed up the process!
